Greetings! I’m Milena.

With a focus on today’s modern digital landscape, I help organizations tell unique brand-centric stories in order to gain and retain a target audience. I specialize in project management, graphic design, photography, UX/UI, web accessibility, social media, and developing innovative and data-focussed marketing and communications strategies, with a specific background in higher education.

Originally from Bucharest, Romania, my family and I moved to Vancouver, Canada when I was 6 years old. I now live with my husband and Romanian rescue pup (follow her on Instagram!) where we love to bike around the city, visit local breweries, and try out new vegan recipes. My other passions include animal advocacy, social justice, and environmental issues.

I have worked at the University of British Columbia for over a decade, and am available for part-time freelance projects upon request.
